The course will be taught via a 3 hour seminar. The aim of the course is to provide students with general principles of world trade law which they are expected to build upon. Each week, the lead instructor will conduct a 2 hour seminar which is meant to provide the “big picture”. Students are expected to answer the seminar questions beforehand and engage in robust discussions during the seminar sessions. The last hour of the 3 hour seminar slot will be reserved for student presentations and for invited guest speakers. All students will be required to conduct one student presentation for the class.
