Objective - This module covers the application of the various branches of law to the construction industry, and statutory liability of participants in the construction industry. Major topics - The formation of contract, remedies, collateral warranties and novation relating to construction contracts are covered. The torts covered include negligence, trespass, nuisance and occupier's liability in construction projects. Targeted Students - Building students.
Prerequisites: RE1182 Principles of Law Preclusions: Nil
