Learning Outcomes

Top

This module offers an introduction to computer graphics for movies, games and engineering applications, etc. Topics include algorithms, hardware and software for rendering and animation for interactive computer graphics. Students are introduced to both the state-of-the-art development as well as daily examples of computer graphics.

Prerequisites

TopCS1102 or CS1102C or CS1102S. Students are required to have a good background on C++ and mathematics, especailly linear algebra.

Teaching Modes

TopFive programming assignments, tutorial preparation and participation.

Preclusions

TopEEE and CPE students can only take this module as a technical elective to satisfy the program requirements or UEM but not CFM/ULR-Breadth.
