This module offers broad view of the key elements required to launch a new product or service into the market place. Whether it be a medium to large company or a startup, the required knowledge and preparation is basically the same. How well do you understand your market and your customers? How can you come up with a robust design that both delights your customers and that you are able to provide cost effectively? How can you estimate whether or not this is a business worth investing in? How can you protect yourself from your competitors?
The module will delve into the answers to these questions and much more. And what's more, we will have fun doing it!
