PF 4102 Contract and Procurement Management
This module covers the fundamental principles of administering construction projects from a client's perspective by further developing and applying students' knowledge of project management law. Major topics comprise procurement systems, contract administration and documentation, interim valuations of work done based on the Security of Payment Act, valuation of variations and the financial control of projects.
Students are recommended to take PF 2101 Project and Facilities Management Law, and PF 3207 Project Management Law before taking this module.
